Sharing in the training of a curate in 2019

The Bishop of Lincoln and the senior staff of the diocese are looking to identify training contexts and suitable personnel to help with the training of new curates in 2019. If you feel that you have gifts that might be used in this way you might like to register your interest in an area of training to which you might bring some expertise. While registering an interest won’t automatically mean that everyone will have this opportunity in 2019, it will help the bishop and his team identify those who might be willing to help spread this responsibility more widely.

Please read the outline document carefully to understand the kind of team collaboration that will be required in this training forum and then complete the document(s) you think most fit your gifts and skills. These should be returned as word attachments to the DDO and IME Officer at the following address: jeffrey.heskins@lincoln.anglican.org

He will then collate them and present them to the bishop and his staff for consideration.

He will then notify you in due course. If your registration of interest is not one that fits the planning for 2019, you will of course be able to register again in 2020.

The closing date for registering interest is Thursday, 1st March 2018
