Mental health is to be the subject of the next Social Issues in South Lincs meeting. To be held on Tuesday, 28th March 2017, the meeting will include a presentation by Lincoln Clinical Commissioning Group, followed by a discussion led by Dr Rowan Williams, the 104th Archbishop of Canterbury and Master of Magdalene College, Cambridge.

All are welcome to attend the meeting, which is to be held at Long Sutton Market House (PE12 9DD) and will begin at 10am. A buffet lunch will be provided, and there is an option for further discussion after lunch, if desired. (Those wishing to stay for lunch are asked to please contact the Revd Jonathan Sibley via email so that he may obtain an idea of numbers and ensure that any special dietary requirements can be accommodated).

In addition, St Mary’s Parish Church in Long Sutton is to host its annual flower festival from 22nd April  1st May. Based on a theme of A Collection Of..., Louise Davis (Project & Communications Officer, Germinate, Arthur Rank Centre) will preach at the 10.30am Eucharist on Sunday, 23rd April 2017, and Dr Rowan Williams will preach at the same service on Sunday, 30th April 2017. The church will be open from 10am until 7pm during the festival. All are most welcome.
