As advertised in last week’s e-bulletin, Lincoln Cathedral is to host a political hustings this evening (Wednesday, 31st May 2017) for the forthcoming general election.

The Very Revd Christine Wilson, Dean of Lincoln, will be hosting the evening in the Chapter House, which will now commence at 8pm prompt (please note that the start time has recently been changed from the previously published time of 7.30pm).

The event is expected to last for two hours, and questions are to be submitted prior to the event by sending them to Clare Ferrar before 4pm.


Also this evening, and as previously published, the Rt Revd Dr Barry Morgan is to give an open lecture on the work of R. S. Thomas. Admission is free (voluntary contributions welcomed), and the event (arrivals from 7pm for a 7.30pm start) will be held in the Hardy Lecture Theatre at Bishop Grosseteste University in Lincoln (LN1 3DY).
