News of recent diocesan clergy appointments

The Bishop of Lincoln is pleased to announce the appointment of the Revd Louise Vincer as Interim Minister of Humberston. Louise has recently served as Developing Discipleship Programme Coordinator for the diocese.

It has also been announced that the Revd Cameron Watt (Assistant Curate, St Nicholas Newport, Lincoln) is to be licensed as Acting Incumbent of The Graffoe Group for the duration of the Rector’s maternity leave. Cameron will be licensed by the Archdeacon of Lincoln on Sunday, 12th November 2017 at 10.15am at St Peter’s, Navenby. Please hold Cameron and the parishes in the group in your prayers.

In addition, the Revd David Oxtoby (Vicar of Sutton Bridge St Matthews & Tydd St. Marys) has resigned his licence as Incumbent of the Benefice of Sutton Bridge and Tydd St Mary with effect from 17th January 2018. David is to serve as Team Rector of Rayleigh Team Ministry in the Diocese of Chelmsford, and his last Sunday in the parish will be on 31st December 2017. Please also hold David in your prayers.
