Priest-in-Charge
Could you be the spiritual leader for our beautiful group of rural parishes? We are praying to find a strong, energetic and inspiring leader to guide and direct our well-established local lay teams.
Do you have the vision to identify, organise and implement a forward-looking strategy and long-term development plan for our group of churches? Are you innovative and able to think “outside the box”, particularly in the development of alternative and inspirational forms of worship, building on our existing Fresh Expressions success?
Would you support and encourage collaborative ministry to develop and enrich the established ministry teams?

The proposed Waltham Group
Priest-in-Charge
We are looking for a prayerful and compassionate priest to lead us collaboratively in the next chapter in our mission and ministry.
The person we seek will be prepared for a challenge, lead us in making hard decisions with both courage and sensitivity, whilst also being a mentor for the next generation of Christian leaders within the Group.
The proposed Waltham Group will serve the rural communities to the south of North East Lincolnshire. It is centred around the lively and well resourced village of Waltham where the Rectory is situated.
