Deanery Officers
As a Consultancy, we are increasingly involved in supporting Deaneries with their Resource issues. Whether you are a Rural Dean, Deanery Lay-Chair, Deanery Treasurer or involved in MAP-Group planning we are here to support your work.

Workshops & Presentations
In order to support growth and development across a Deanery we would be pleased to arrange a themed Workshop or a series of Workshops tailored to suit your local needs and aspirations. As we become increasingly involved with Deaneries, their Synods and officers, we are developing a range of approaches to support your work. We will make ourselves available to come and speak to your Synod or to lead discussions on a range of topics, including GiftAid, Funding Programmes, Legacy Strategy & Parish Share apportionment.

Deanery Funding Programmes
A coordinated funding programme can provide an opportunity to make an impact across a Deanery at a stroke.

It can also give you the chance to work with your Christian Partners in your locality on a common purpose.

This would include many of the features of typical Parish Funding Programmes with the following essential features and benefits:

• A larger number of parishes involved;
• A more hands-off role for the Resources Consultancy in order to give oversight to the whole programme;
• More reliance on local commitment and activity;
• Coordinated training and advice in order to maximise resources;
• Guidance and advice from the Consultancy;
• Printing of literature and materials at cost.

Deanery Plans
As Deaneries amend and improve their strategic plans they are facing increasingly complex and sensitive resourcing issues. This is an area that we are becoming increasingly involved in. We can provide advice and support on a range of issues both remotely or by attending Deanery meetings.
