The Property Department deals with the sale and purchase of houses as part of an ongoing programme of improving the property stock and providing homes suitable to support the ministry of clergy.

Furthermore, during vacancies, empty houses are let to the general public on a 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy.

The department manages a variety of housing (approx 270 in total) including parsonage houses and other Trust properties.
