General Correspondence
Occupiers are asked to forward any general correspondence to the Property Department ie. letters relating to council tax and water rates.
Furthermore, it is also very important that the Department is sent details of any adjacent planning applications or notices which may affect the property, as this will give the Properties Manager the opportunity of viewing the plans and, if necessary, submitting an objection to the local authority. As there is only a 21 day objection please forward any information promptly.
