Nicholas Turner acts as The Secretary to the Housing Committee and is the Diocesan Surveyor.  As such he is responsible for the smooth and professional running of the Property Department, managing and maintaining the diocesan housing portfolio in a manner sensitive to the particular relationship of the diocese to the occupiers and consonant with relevant ecclesiastical and other legislation.

Annie Gash supports the Properties Manager and has specific responsibility in organising routine daily repairs, managing property lettings, department accounts and administration.


Mr Steve Neller, Properties Works Officer

Steve Neller supports the Properties Manager in ensuring that all contracted works are carried out in a professional manner and standard. Steve also has the specific responsibility for the daily management of the servicing of alarms and central heating systems within Diocesan properties as well as assisting with the general maintenance and improvement of the housing stock.
