Property Maintenance
The Property Department, on behalf of the Diocese of Lincoln, is responsible for maintaining the fabric of its housing in a manner sensitive to the particular relationship of the Diocese to the occupiers within its prescribed budgetary limits.
If you are occupying the property as a diocesan postholder the Diocese's responsibilities, and the postholder's responsibilities, are both set out in Clergy Terms of Service (Housing).
If you are a tenant, please refer to your tenancy agreement which sets out your responsibilities.
