Moving into or out of a property

If you are a Diocesan office holder moving to a house within the Lincoln Diocese you should contact the Properties Manager by email nicholas.turner@lincoln.anglican.org or telephone 01522 50 40 42 to arrange a joint visit to agree a schedule of works that may be required to the property. Once the schedule of work has been agreed then moving and licensing dates may be arranged.

Prior to occupation a photographic schedule of condition will be carried out and signed as a true record of condition by the Properties Manager and the office holder as per Clergy Terms of Service (Housing).

As soon as you become aware that you will be moving out of a property, please contact the Property Department in order that an outgoing inspection can be arranged. Also, please contact the Properties Officer by email annie.gash@lincoln.anglican.org or telephone 01522 50 40 44 with all final utility readings and name of suppliers etc and forwarding address for any correspondence, as well as informing your own suppliers.
