Dear colleagues While we appreciate some of you may well have already planned your own Ascension Day Celebrations we write to you with a reminder about the Ascension Day Eucharist on Thursday which will use the Zoom platform. You are warmly invited to attend and anyone in your household as well. Bishop Nicholas will lead the service and you are invited to join from 1055. It would be helpful to mute your microphone unless you are participating in the service. The link to the service is as follows:https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89995468154 Meeting ID: 899 9546 8154 An order of service will be available tomorrow on the diocesan website and Facebook pages. We are also mindful that a number of parishes rely on contractors for various tasks and so attached is new guidance from the national church released today, which we would encourage you to read carefully. We also wish to bring to your attention the video from Bishop David on both our diocesan website and the bishops' Facebook site 'Lincoln - Bishops' Office' that explores further the question of ‘What song do we sing at this time’.
