Every Christian has a vocation – something you are called to be or do.

Revd Sonia Barron, Diocesan Director of Ordinands and Vocations, launches a series of videos for a Season of Vocations in the diocese, beginning on Vocations Sunday (3rd May 2020), to help you explore what that might be.

Beginning with an introductory video about calling she introduces three priests in training to be ordained (ordinands). This is followed by individual interviews with each:

Stipendiary ministry - 
Rebecca Rock is a first year ordinand, training part-time at St Hild College, Sheffield for stipendiary ministry. The video is 11 minutes 58 seconds long.


Stipendiary ministry -
In this video Ross Copley speaks about his calling to stipendiary ministry. Ross is a third year ordinand in full-time residential study at St Stephen’s house, Oxford. The video is 12 minutes and 5 seconds long.
