We are very pleased to announce that Jack Redeyoff has been appointed as the diocese’s next Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser. At present Jack works with the probation service in Lincolnshire. His start date will be 11th January.

David Dadswell, the Diocesan Secretary, said,’ We are really looking forward to Jack joining the team. At interview he came over as committed and knowledgeable in safeguarding with an intelligence and engaging personality which is just what we were looking for both in working well with parishes and at a strategic level in with the Bishop, the diocese as a whole and the National Safeguarding Team. I must give a huge thank you to Penny Turner who has done a fantastic job as Acting DSA over the last nine months or so. I am sure Jack will continue the quality of leadership we have had in Penny and in Debbie Johnson before her. We have a very strong safeguarding team and Jack will add to that.’
