In response to the decision made in February by General Synod with regard to Christian presence on estates, the Rt Revd Philip North (Bishop of Burnley and Chair of the Estates Evangelism Task Group) and Andy Delmege (Chair of the National Estates Churches Network) have issued an important letter and a supporting Commitment to Action document.

The letter refers to the decision of Synod and also points to some resources that might support clergy and church leaders who serve estates areas.

Estate Church Encouragement Day

Do you serve an estate parish? Do you long to see our estate parishes thrive?

Joins us for a day of encouragement with the Revd Andy Delmege.

Andy will bring us up to speed with the national scene and especially the work of the Church’s Estates Evangelism Task Group and the ‘Commitment to Action’ initiative.

We shall have time to share our own experience and to consider how we can best support one another in our mission.
