The Diocese of Lincoln’s Xperience initiative offers three young people (those aged between 18-30) a year in the heart of England to listen to God and to explore his call through experience of ministry and living as part of the Edenham Regional House Community.

Our Xperience placement will provide opportunities to learn about ministry and to serve in parishes and also with other organisations such as schools and our local universities. You will learn, pray, worship and live together in a beautiful place that is deeply linked to the wider world but distinctive and different. There are three places available on Xperience.

Xperience includes:

  • Parish ministry experience
  • Practical experience of ministry in schools and our local universities
  • Time for reflection
  • Study of the Bible
  • Allowance for expenses

Fr Edward Martin will lead the team, and you will be supported and guided by a supervisor, have an assigned mentor, and have regular discussions with the DDO, the Revd Sonia Barron and Vocations Adviser.

***The closing date for applications is Friday 12th July, 2019***
