The Diocese of Lincoln Ministry Experience Scheme, which will run from October each year, joins in with the ministry and mission of two benefices, helping people to explore their vocation and deepen their own prayer life and self-understanding.

The Diocese of Lincoln is offering an exciting and fulfilling 10-month ministry experience scheme for young people (18-30) who would like to explore whether God might be calling them to Christian ministry. During the placement the scheme will provide an opportunity for participants to experience ministry in a variety of settings and will aim to equip people for a life of service to God. You will also have the opportunity to complete a bespoke education module with the Lincoln School of Theology, enabling you to grow in your understanding of the Bible and of your faith.

For any questions about this year’s scheme, please contact Revd Sonia Barron on [email protected] to register your interest or find out more. The scheme includes opportunities to experience youth work, social justice, rural ministry and more.
