As DDO, Jeff has also worked with Bishop Nicholas who has responsibility for ministry. Bishop Nicholas says, “Since I came to the Diocese of Lincoln in 2015 Jeff has been an encouraging colleague to me, especially during the last year as I have been sponsoring bishop. I am very grateful to him for his willingness to share his huge experience of encouraging and discerning vocations, and for his kindness and forbearance”. The Revd. Liz Brown has been appointed as Interim Director of Ordinands until a permanent appointment can be made. Liz has worked with Jeff as a vocations advisor and as Assistant DDO since 2016.
