Read the storyThe Diocese of Lincoln is delighted to have been awarded further funding from the Strategic Mission and Ministry Investment Board (SMMIB). The investment will support the continued development of the people and resources needed to enhance church life and lead communities in the way of Christ.
We are grateful for the investment board’s commitment to transforming lives across the diocese. It is helping to create future opportunities as we journey towards a decade-long diocesan strategy of growth.
The funding will be allocated across diocesan priorities for mission and ministry. It is another step towards growing God’s Kingdom through service and worship that is sustainable, collaborative and inspirational.
This will include a Growth and Revitalisation lead and a data analyst. There will also be an important external review of the diocesan rural strategy.
