A Time to Change Together

Time to Change Together (TTCT) was a diocesan-wide process to create more sustainable ways for churches across Greater Lincolnshire to serve their communities, worship God, and proclaim the gospel.

Through covenant pledges, defining church types, introducing focal ministry, and enabling mission partnerships, TTCT encouraged collaboration over isolation—helping every local church access the resources they need to thrive.

Our bishops, trustees, and Parish Support Team have worked alongside parishes to shape this vision, always recognising that local knows local best.

As we continue to seek God’s guidance for the future, we are listening deeply to one another and the Holy Spirit through ‘Lord, Show Us The Way.‘

This prayerful, diocese-wide discernment builds on the foundations laid by TTCT, moving us into a time to grow together as one body of Christ and shaping our mission and ministry for the decade ahead.
