On Saturday 30 August 2025 at 6.30pm, Langton Church (Langton by Spilsby, PE23 4PU) warmly invites you to the second concert in the 2025 Langton Summer Concert Series, featuring the return of the internationally acclaimed Heath Quartet.
Their last performance in Langton in 2018 was unforgettable, and we are delighted to welcome them back for another evening of exceptional chamber music.
The evening will conclude with drinks and canapés served in the candlelit church.

Joseph Haydn – String Quartet in G major, Op. 33 No. 5
Ludwig van Beethoven – String Quartet No. 16 in F major, Op. 135
Antonín Dvořák – String Quartet No. 10 in E-flat major, Op. 51
Formed in 2002 at the Royal Northern College of Music, the Heath Quartet is one of Britain’s most distinguished string quartets, with a strong international presence. They have received numerous accolades, including the Royal Philharmonic Society’s Young Artists Award and the GRAMOPHONE Chamber Award. Their performances are celebrated for their energy, insight, and emotional depth.
In 2025, the Quartet became String Quartet in Residence at Middlesex University and continues to perform across the UK, Europe, and the USA.
