Spotting The Signs: How To Nurture Vocation

If you are an Incumbent, Reader or someone otherwise involved in the vocations process, you may wonder how to best recognise and nurture a call in those around you at church and in your communities.

It all begins with noticing, listening and beginning a conversation. That’s just the start.

We will help you to:

• Identify and affirm specific gifts and realise how the person can equip them for the glory of God.
• Encourage others to vocalise their skills and passions, as well as apply them in their lives.
• Help people to discover their inner treasures and see their value.

Share breakfast with us in Lincoln at Edward King House on Saturday 1 June (9.30am – 1.30pm) and enjoy half a day of learning about this special way to support people on their Christian journey.
