Marking Racial Justice Sunday 2026
Each year, our diocese marks Racial Justice Sunday. This is an important day to recognise our common humanity and the love and compassion that we share between us as diverse children of God.
Read the storyOn Sunday the 26th of November All Saints Ruskington hosted a Confirmation Service. Bishop Nicholas led the service where 8 candidates were confirmed and received their first Holy Communion. It was a wonderful occasion with real joy, fellowship and celebration. The candidates were presented to the Bishop by Rev Al Jenkins, Rev Rosemary Jenkins (no relation!) and Rev Chris Harrington. On the photo from left to right. Rev Al, Leon, Storm, Honey, Amy, Adam, Bishop Nicholas, Gina, Shirley, Ruth, Rev Rosemary and Rev Chris. Thank you to everyone who took part in the service, but especially to our newly confirmed brothers and sisters.
