The Diocesan Global Majority Heritage (GMH) Reference Group met today with Officers and the Precentor to begin planning the next service for Racial Justice Sunday, which will be held at 3.45 on Sunday 11th February at Lincoln Cathedral.
Last year’s event was an opportunity to reflect on the importance of racial justice, to give thanks for the gifts and beauty of human diversity, and to commit to end racism and acts of discrimination. This year’s service will be based on the Churches Together theme of Exodus: Justice for God’s people on the move.
An invite from the Bishops can be found here and the booking information is available here.
