Each year, our diocese marks Racial Justice Sunday. This is an important day to recognise our common humanity and the love and compassion that we share between us as diverse children of God.
Read the storyWe’re delighted to announce that strategy creation engagement events will be taking place across Greater Lincolnshire in November and December. You’ll hear from, and have conversation with, senior diocesan leadership about the development of a long term strategy for our diocese.
The engagements events will last about 90 minutes. It will an opportunity for you to comment on the priorities being put forward, find out what is most important to you, and there will be prayerful opportunities for us to ask ‘Lord, show us the way’.

At the centre of this journey is ‘Lord, Show Us The Way‘ – a year of shared reflection, prayer and honest conversation across our Diocese. Together, we are asking: “What is God’s call to us – not just in theory, but practically, in this time and in this place?”.
This process is an invitation for every church, group and person to listen first, before planning or acting. We want to honour the wisdom from every corner of the diocese, shaped by scripture and the Spirit. We need to hear your voice, in order to ground our strategy in the reality of our shared experiences.
