Each year, our diocese marks Racial Justice Sunday. This is an important day to recognise our common humanity and the love and compassion that we share between us as diverse children of God.
Read the storyThe Bishop of Lincoln is pleased to announce the appointment of the Revd Mother Hannah Grivell as Vicar of Lincoln St Nicholas and St John (Newport) in the diocese of Lincoln.
Revd Mother Hannah Grivell has most recently been working as Curate of Grantham St Wulfram’s, prior to taking up this post Hannah will end her curacy with two placements, one with Lincoln St Swithin’s and Lincoln St Faith and St Martin with St Peter and one with Lincoln Cathedral.

The licensing service will take place 7 pm on Thursday November 6th 2025 at Lincoln St Nicholas (Newport) with the Bishop of Lincoln and Archdeacon of Lincoln officiating.
